Cinco Jotas, Spain’s most famous brand of Jamon, Is known for the stewardship of its 100% Iberian pigs. While most producers cross breed their pigs with Duroc and other breeds to make them easier to raise, Cinco Jotas maintains a pure breed directly descended from the wild Mediterranean boar. This is sliced from the smaller front leg, or shoulder jamon. Vacuum-packed.
